Q1. How long is the production lead time?

A: It takes 30-35 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure short delivery time even for large quantity orders.

Q2: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
A: We have our own designer. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are all ok. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

Q3: How many colors are available?
A: It depends on the technique. Like laser only can be in just one color, ss color or black color. Heattransfer, water transfer,airwrap, water decal can be fading effect, no limit to the number of colors.

Q4: Which kinds of Certificates would you have?
A: LFGB etc. Factory audit for BSCI, ISO9001, Walmart, etc. We also have our own testing standard like dishwash safe, salt spray testing, paint adhesion testing etc.
