If you want to change the weight just Simply place the dumbbell in the provided case and turn the dial to any weight set from 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, and 90lbs.

High quality—it is made of DURABLE MATERIAL – Strong molding around all the metal plates provide for a smooth lift-off and quieter sounding workouts when placed back down. What is more, its dotted pattern design on the handle provides a better non-slip grip and handling for your workouts.

Perfect for home-exercise, easy to storage and move – its provided base dock has grip handle cutouts on each side to help with carrying the weights to a new area and keeping everything together. We also sell an additional stand that makes carrying and moving 2 weight sets more easier.
