How to Use the 8 Shaped Chest Expander?

1. Hold the two tops of the 8 chest expander and lift hands over head. This mode can exercise forearms power. At the beginning of workout, notice not doing extensive exercise with a rush. Or you can place the chest expander back, and raise one of your hand from back over your head, like a position of bathing.

2. Stand on one of the handle, and hold on another of handle, then lift up and down, repeating. This exercise mode can exercise your arms muscle. Left and right arms alternate exercise. 

3. 8 shaped chest expander can help you open your chest. You can pull it to be parallel with the arms outstretched. This exercise mode also can enhance arms strength.
