“The 18th Session of New Bamboo” Kicked off at Sellers Institution

On June 17, Ningbo and Yiwu held a“The 18th Session of New Bamboo” course individually. The New Bamboo series is a tailor-made training course for new recruits from the institute of Sellers for 1-3 months. As the name implies, it hopes that new students like new bamboo rooted in the fertile land and rising, blooming vitality! The course invited the internal lecturers of the group to introduce the job basic operation process for the new couple to better integrate into the team.

The morning session begins with a pat, through a warm and shorthand name, so that students can quickly get to know each other and start the day’s journey.The first class is workplace etiquette, with two etiquette teachers introducing practical workplace etiquette and personal behaviour  being a Seller.

The procurement lecturer is eloquent, introducing the basic process of procurement for the students, and sharing a lot of work experience, hoping that the students will avoid failure and copy success.

The document teacher is very humorous; He not only shares the basic document operation process with the students, but also shares the common error cases, and lets the students take the warning. Students are fascinated impressed by the teacher’s rich case and humorous language.

The last class, the financial teacher explain the group’s financial processes and norms to the students , from the basis of the tax rebate accounting, financial invoice reimbursement process, so that students can through the actual operation to deepen understanding.

During the class, the students listen and take notes carefully, connecting the lecturer’s speaking to the daily work, being active and asks questions. After class, the students conducted a quiz to help students check the gaps and examine the results of each lesson.There have theoretical studies and real interactions during the one-day course, from how to pass the business card, how to stick and submit an expense account invoice to how to develop the guest. How to interact with suppliers friendly, help students more systematic understanding of the basic knowledge of each position, and through the teacher’s case, make guidance for their future work, help them integrate into the big group.
