Our Group Held the Operation & Decision Meeting

On November 30th, our group convened the quarterly operation & decision meeting, all the 18 decision members attended the meeting, which was presided by Pratrick Xu, the chairman and president of Sellers Union Group.

The Group business performance of import and export, international logistics, tourism and other business from January to November were reported during the meeting. They compared the progress completed level of the assessment index, discussed how to set up and optimize the business goals and performance appraisal index in the next year.

After receiving members’ suggestions, some leaders’ function and members were adjusted during the meeting. As the group decision-making department. Regularly adjusting the commissioners and adding the fresh blood could keep decision-makers energetic and enhance the level of corporate governance. Meeting assessed the current internal and external management environment that we faced, requested that each department should strengthen the cooperative consciousness and the group leadership should focus on the work and hands-on more often to promote enterprise’s execution together.

Meeting assessed the situation of the business partner system. Our group took the leadership of subsidiary mode and stock equity encouragement, actively explored the business partner system, released management team’s enthusiasm and promoted the enterprise development. Union Chance had a good business development this year and they planed to establish a subsidiary in the end of this year. Coupled with the Green time which was established in the middle of this year, it proved the great vitality of the subsidiary mode and business partner system. The Green time was led by general manager Grace Xie. According to the characteristics of existing customers, they developed accessories products and achieved good results. The annual exports was nearly $30 million. The planning new company, led by general manager Justin Fang, would mainly focus on the storage products. they had professional and clear positioning and strong market competitiveness. The annual export amount was over 25 million dollars in 2016. We believed that the setting up of a new company will further stimulate the development of the team.

The IT department also gave their report about the current situation of the information construction. And the members also studied the key project of information construction for next stage. They made a decision to hold the information construction project meeting in group level  regularly and the main leaders and relevant colleagues should attend to research the direction of information and the construction scheme. Members studied and assessed the current work of the group product center and the “Sellers Union Online”. They required to further optimize products center layout and promote the construction of “Sellers Union Online” actively.

They also reviewed the subsidiaries’ annual organizational structure and personnel adjustment scheme, discussed the issue of how to improve the export, international logistics, tourism and other business sectors’ competitiveness.
