How to Assemble

1. First, slide one of the foam handles over the metal axle.

2. Second, slide both wheels onto the metal axle.

3. Third, slide the remaining foam handle over the metal axle.

4. Forth, push both handles inwards so that the handles and wheels are fitted tightly together.
