How To Use Four Wheel AB Roller

1. Place the kneel mat of Four Wheel AB Roller on dry and even floor and kneel on the kneel mat.

4. For intermediate or advanced trainers, place the abdominal wheel further from you or any distance as you wish.

5. Stabilized yourself and push the abdominal wheel in the forward position.

7. When use Four Wheel AB Roller, you feel you cannot push forward any more or when you feel that the abdominal whee reached the maximum resistance distance, roll the ab roller wheel back to your original position.

8. Repeat and process as many times as you wish.

9. You also can choose to exercise with the stretching band. The band is not included in this product.
