EVA mats are also environmentally friendly. Cheap EVA is too soft and smelly. High-grade EVA yoga mat enjoys high quality, but conventional thickness is 4 mm.
NBR
NBR yoga mat is thicker than other material yoga mat. It has high resilience, more suitable for yoga beginners. It’s also eco-friendly and less smelly.
