Q: What format of file do you need if we want our own design?

A: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.

Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Sure, They will be sent soon when in stock. But for special decoration or printing, it will takes around 7-15 days to prepare and will charge reasonable sample cost

Q: What is your payment term?

A: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.

Usually there are 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, and 100% payment for sample order.
