Yes, some samples are free, others maybe need a little fee, please check with our sales.

But the freight would be collected and we will pay back if you place order.

Q3: Is it okay to print my logo on the products and package? 

Yes, please confirm the design firstly based on our sample and inform us formally via email before  bulk production.

Q5:  How to deal with the defects during the guarantee period?

1. Small quantity, we will free send you brand new replacements with next orders.

2. Batch defects, we will free replace new ones for you or we can negotiate the solution  including recall based on the problems.
