On the afternoon of 11th March,Our group held the ceremony for the foundation of the college of “Sellers Union”,leaders of the group Xu Pingju, ZhuLing, Yujin, Wangjian,as well as more than 130 student representatives from each departments of each branch companies attended this foundation ceremony.

In order to strength the enterprise’s personnel training,improve the staff’s business skills and management level,in the year of 2011,the original corporate intra-training resources was integrated,and then an unified corporate intra-training platform-Sellers Union Class was set up,taking on the responsibility for the on-the-job training of the group’s employees.For the passed more than four years,according to the needs of the enterprise development and the talents construction, in accordance with the training needs from different stages,different positions and ranks, the Sellers Union Class constantly developed kinds of new types of practical curriculum,like classes training for position in ascension for new employees, for managers and future directors,etc.; classes for business skills training for export sales, procurement,finance,document,network,etc.;classes for management skills training of nine personality and team building,team cohesion and team communication,etc.;classes for job skills training of PPT making,foreign language leaning and computer operating,etc.;The curriculum system, training model as well as the evaluation system was gradually improved to be more and more perfect.For more than four years, it was insisted that the training teachers for the Sellers Union Class was to have simultaneously both from inside and outside,the external high-quality teachers was imported and at the same time the internal trainer team was actively cultivated,a group of key employees who were business skillful, good at summarizing and expressing became the excellent lecturer of Sellers Union Class,to tell and explain the knowledge and resolve the doubts for the colleagues,had become the cornerstone of the growth of Sellers Union Class.
